SAP retreats partially over support cost - Techworld - 11/07/2008 09:11

Maintenance contract tweaked under user pressure. SAP has partially retreated in the face of customer pressure and is to  extend maintenance for its ERP 6.0 platform until 2017. The company has also sweetened the feature set of its Enterprise Support service,in an attempt to further appease angry users.
