Anseba Region Reinforces Community Based Rehabilitation for the Handicapped - All Africa - 10/20/2007 11:10

The Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare branch office in the Anseba region disclosed that efforts are being reinforced to ensure community based rehabilitation for the handicapped nationals. Reports indicated that such efforts are meant to equip the handicapped with the needed skills to lead independent lives. > Full news
