State Rep. David Ralston will keep his committee chairmanship despite getting hit with a $347,318 late tax bill from the Internal Revenue Service, House Speaker Glenn Richardson said Tuesday. The IRS says Ralston, chairman of the Non-Civil Judiciary Committee, owes individual income taxes, penalties and interest from as far back as tax year 1996... > Full news
