Austin City Council postpones decision on biomass plant - Bizjournals - 08/22/2008 21:08

Austin Energy is expected to seek approval on Aug. 28 from the City Council for an estimated $2.3 billion, 20-year power purchase agreement with Nacogdoches Power LLC.
