Having spent the last 14 years in the dentistry field, Dr. Bob Muster has seen the ins and outs of the subsidized dental market and said a change is in order. Muster knows what poverty feels like. He grew up poor, and now, as a dentist treating Medicaid patients, he knows the industry needs a change.
