Highmark Blue Cross merger would bring pay raises for some company execs - Bizjournals - 08/15/2008 13:08
Highmark President and CEO Dr. Ken Melani would get a $1 million raise with incentives if the region’s dominant insurer merges with Philadelphia-based Independence Blue Cross, bringing his total salary to $3.9 million, according to a new filing with the state Department of Insurance.
