Appeals court reverses ruling on peer review - Bizjournals - 08/11/2008 06:08

The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals reversed a controversial multimillion-dollar judgment that originally ruled in favor of a Dallas doctor who claimed Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas defamed him in a peer review process.
